Cape Town’s Table Mountain cable car will be closed for three weeks between July 7 and July 26, 2020 for annual maintenance.

Active clients impacted by the closure may choose to hike Table Mountain however keep in mind we suggest you do so with a guide. Total hiking time for Table Mountain is 4 to 6 hours depending upon the route chosen. You would then spend time at the top as well.

For Ultimate Africa clients who do not wish to hike Table Mountain we could, as an example, alter your Table Mountain / Cape Winelands tour to instead end with sunset drinks and canapes on nearby Signal Hill.
