Great news for South African Airways ticket holders affected by the Covid-19 outbreak.

In response to Coronavirus South African Airways is allowing changes to be made to tickets issued before March 25, 2020 and through August 31, 2020. Tickets may be cancelled and a credit will be issued. The credit will be valid for 2 years from the original date of issue and may be applied towards travel no later than March 25, 2022.

Routing changes will be allowed as will be changing passengers (if one person does not want to travel another can take their place).
