Zimbabwe’s  cabinet has agreed this Monday morning to re-open Zimbabwe to international travelers as of October 1, 2020. This means travelers can enjoy some of Africa’s most sought after wildlife viewing hot spots – the glorious Mana Pools and the Zambezi River filled with hippo and crocs, the savannah plains and teak forests of Hwange filled with elephant, lion, and buffalo, the world’s largest waterfall – Victoria Falls, Matusadona and Lake Kariba… and so much more!

I went to University in Zimbabwe and used to sit on the Zimbabwe Council for Tourism… Lorna here in the office was born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. We are happy to share our insights – for last minute adventurers October may be hot but it is a stupendous time to visit in terms of game viewing…
